It is almost Farmers' Market season and On Broadway is looking for fellow non-profits to fill spaces at Wednesday Farmers' Market On Broadway! The logistics and location of the market is still undetermined at this time but discussions with City Officials and the Health Department are in progress.  We are confident that the market will happen this year and we need to start planning accordingly.  Please take a moment to read the guidelines below and see if you organization who be a good fit for the market!

The 18th Annual Farmers' Market on Broadway is every: Wednesday from May 26 till September 29 from 3-8pm (till 7pm after Labor Day)

Non-Profit Guidelines:
Each non-profit will get a 10' x 10' space in the non-profit booth area.

Organizations are able to advocate for their non-profit.
 
Selling of items and soliciting for donations is NOT ALLOWED.  

You must be set up for all hours of the market, you can not come late or leave early. Further instructions on set up times and event details will be emailed upon acceptance.

Organizations are responsible for providing their own tent, weights (required with tent), tables, chairs, etc.

Each non-profit will be limited to two dates per market season as space is limited, no more than two non-profits will be schedule to set up per market.

**Reminder, this is an interest form and not a sign-up. You will be contacted in mid-April to schedule dates based on interest.  If there is availability after the initial scheduling, we will contact you if you are interested in attending.
