Handicraft is more than just a way to spend free time. In our project, we want to popularize the positive impact of handmade on various aspects of young people's lives. Manual activities have an impact on the mental health, physical well-being and creativity of those who undertake them. It has been proven to link the cognitive
abilities of the brain with activities involving motor functions and forcing long-term concentration. Young people in the context of the current times (stimulus overload, multitasking, FOMO, being online) can significantly improve their educational opportunities.
