Saturday, June 15, 2019, North Carolina Cooperative Extension-McDowell County Center will host 4-H District Activity Day. 4-H District Activity Day is an Extension tradition where 4-Hers from across the West District come together to compete in 4-H presentations. We need your Help! This one day event is not possible without the help of community volunteers. Below is a list of volunteer opportunities. Let's show our western 21 counties and the Eastern Band of Cherokee some McDowell County hospitality! Please sign up if you are able to volunteer.

Data Processing--data entry, runners, processing score sheets (need 5)

Information Desk--front line people to answer questions about locations in high school, lunch options, and area info (need 2)

Presentation Hosts-hosts for the presentation rooms, help or find help when something is needed (need 15)

Refreshments/Hospitality-setup refreshments for judges in morning (need 2)

Parking (need 3)

Awards Assembly-setup assembly (need 2)

Awards Processing-processing results, organizing spreadsheets (need 3)
