HRNK's Greg Scarlatoiu, Amanda Mortwedt Oh, and Rosa Park will be joined by HRNK Board Member U.S. Army COL (RET) David Maxwell (Foundation for the Defense of Democracies) and U.S. Navy SEAL Commander (RET) Fredrick (Skip) Vincenzo (Atlantic Council), together with family members of ROK POWs held in the North.
