This exit activity serves two purposes.  First, we want to end on a positive and have you leave today's meeting feeling really good.  Second, we have been asked as a program to do better at reflecting on the effectiveness of our practices as teachers.  To that end, please spend some time now reflecting on your teaching. Please share three things you are proud of or that you feel you did well in the last week or two.  List each thing separately and describe what you did and why you feel great about it.
