Set-up (help putting up food and changing stalls prior to event)

Pack down (help taking down food and changing stalls after the event)

Do you know of any businesses or other community organisations (eg; sports clubs) that might be interested in participating as sponsors and possibly even by sending their own teammate into the lake?
