E7 Lake of Egypt ICASSTT Juniors Tournament Entry form
Please fill out the information for this tournament. Your anglers MUST HAVE a B.A.S.S. membership number to submit this form. They must sign up with BASS (this is a one-time payment for the year) and get the membership number before you fill out this form.

At the end of the form you will be prompted to pay using PayPal, you are not registered for this tournament until you pay.  You CAN get a refund as long as your boat gets replaced with another boat on the waiting list. No Waiting list no refund.

If the tournament is full you must pay to be put on the waiting list. If a waiting list team does not get to fish in the tournament because no teams dropped out, the $ will be refunded.
