MSAD 15 Remote Instruction Day Meal  Sign-up
MSAD 15 Nutrition will be offering free school meals to enrolled students on remote instruction days as determined by the Superintendent.

Monday, November 22nd and Tuesday, November 23rd have been declared remote instruction days for the entire district, therefore all schools will be offering breakfast and lunch for pick up between 10:00am-12:30pm.  There will also be an option to pick up meals for both days on Monday.  Meals will be "Manager's Choice" for both days.

Please complete the following form to reserve meals for your student(s). If you have more than one child and they attend different schools, you may select one school to pick up their meals.

PLEASE REMEMBER FREE SCHOOL MEALS ARE FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN OUR DISTRICT ONLY.

(Sign up for meals will close 9:00pm, Sunday, November 21st.)
