Swim Lesson Registration Form
BEFORE REGISTERING FOR SWIM LESSONS, YOUR CHILD MUST HAVE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FOR BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF NORTH COUNTY.
Swim lesson registration is on a first-come, first served basis and space is limited.  Please complete the form below and upon acceptance, you will receive an email from enroll@bgcnorthcounty.org.  Payment must be made at that time.  Your spot on the class roster will not be secured until payment is received.  Fees are $60 per two week session and can be paid at www.bgcnorthcounty.org.  Swim lessons are non-refundable.
