All students attending PVMS during the 2024-2025 school year will use this form to select electives for next year.  We do our best to accommodate everyone's 1st choice of elective, however, this is not always possible.  All students are asked to choose their top three preferred electives. Students will also choose if they would like to take a 0 period PE class. Failure to complete this form will result in an elective being assigned to the student.
