This two-hour workshop is designed to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about parenting, together with other parents, where everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions, participate and share their experiences. It will:

• Help you to understand how to effectively engage with your child/children during a specific phase.
• Help you to build and sustain a healthier relationship with your child/children.
• Introduce you to the basics of child development that is taking place at specific ages.
• Guide you to better understand how the overall social and emotional development of your child/children can impact your relationship.
