Hello everyone !
I am Hanin Almamri, the founder and SG of VW MUN. I have lately participated as a delegate in many conferences but my love towards MUN, specially UNHCR , have led me to start this organization from absolute scratch! I am still forming the team, and with no resrouces of communications or any help from other MUNs, it will be really hard to form a team but i hope things will workout well with your help!

Below are the options you can choose to signup for. Please note that all roles are for heads of departments. Some of the essential roles are not for registration as they are already appointed.  

1.Media team : Are responsible for leading the instagram account and creating a website or blog for VW MUN AND most importantly to take pictures during the conference which will be posted on the accounts as well

2.Design team : Design the templates for the media team, design the mun logo, and design the certificate templates for the delegates(a draft of the logo have been set but is a subject of change)

3. Second delegate affairs team (urgent) : Conducting a training session mainly dedicated to the first timers delegates (THIMUN procedures) as well as the delegates guide.

4.Public relations team : are responsible to closely work with the media team but their main responsibility is sponsoring the conference so we can have the maximum number of participants, something like the marketing team but under the name "public relations"

5. Chief of staff (urgent) : are responsible for chair applications , accepting chairs based on their qualifications and running a training session with them after being accepted.
