**The Mt. Tabor Park event space (see image above) is a shelter with 12 tables located between the play area and parking lot. Vehicle access is not approved beyond parking lots and public roads. Sales/donations/monetary exchange is not approved or liquor under the terms of this permit. It is Portland Parks & Recreation policy that no person shall smoke or use tobacco in any form in any place in any Park. Sound is limited to 3 consecutive hours and not allowed past 5 PM. The Permittee is required to turn down their music when asked by other Park neighbors and users, permittees, rangers, police or PP&R officials. Animals are required to be leashed and attended on park property. Portland Parks & Recreation requires abidance of a standard Code of Conduct to ensure everyone is welcome, comfortable and safe in all Portland Parks & Recreation facilities and programs.
