Programme Details

The BRICS CCI WE Global Women Leadership Programme is a 3-month intensive mentorship and learning programme with women professionals and entrepreneurs from BRICS and other friendly countries. The inaugural programme module will be focused on unlocking business operations, global market entry strategy, growth business plan, personal development plan and leadership for global success. Esteemed guest speakers will also share their experiences and expertise, enhancing participants' knowledge and providing valuable insights. The program will run in hybrid mode with weekly sessions. Successful participants will receive a certification from BRICS CCI, adding a prestigious recognition to their professional portfolios.

Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview. The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the interview and their overall application.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Women Leadership Programme, you must:

· Be a woman

· Have at least 2 years of work experience (as a professional or entrepreneur)

· Be proficient in English

Programme Dates

The Women Leadership Programme will start in December 2023 (exact date to be communicated later). The programme will be held on Wednesday and Saturday.

Application Fees

Applications would be invited from across countries for joining the inaugural program at a nominal cost of INR 10,000/ $ 120 only.
