This year we are excited to announce that our Winter Fair will be a TWO day event and we are also opening up applications to all sellers who sell handmade, vintage or craft supplies or are a local Independent shop. 

When: Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th November - option to sell one or both days
Where: Allendale Centre in Wimborne
Time: 10am - 4pm (Opening times for the public)
Stalls: £50 per stall, per day. Each stall is 6ft x 2ft table or the equivalent space. Table and chairs provided unless you opt to bring your own.
Who: Etsy sellers, non Etsy sellers selling handmade, vintage or craft supplies and local Independent shops and businesses 

APPLICATION PROCESS 

For this event I will be booking as I go until each category of stall is full so please do get your application in ASAP to be with the best chance of getting a space. 

The event is a curated event and stalls will be selected which are the best fit for the event so to make it a really interesting event for the public. Please note this may mean that we are unable to offer a stall to everyone who applies. 

STALLHOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

All stallholders MUST...

- Complete a risk assessment form and provide public liability insurance details/cover for a minimum of 1 million for your stall. Failure to complete and return these by the deadline set will mean your stall will be forfeited and you will not be able to sell at the fair - details on how to submit this will be in your confirmation email.

- Your shop must fulfil all legal requirements and not infringe on copyright.
