The graduation fee covers the cost of the banquet for each graduate as well as for FOUR guests (five invitations total). 

Additional banquet invitations (i.e. any invitations beyond the grad and their four guests) will be $35.00 each.

Requests for additional guests will be considered as availability allows. Requests for more than EIGHT additional invitations (more than 13 total – including the grad and four guests) will go on a waiting list until Monday, May 6, 2024. 

NOTE: Banquet invitations must be paid in advance and cannot be applied to the student's account. No refunds will be issued for extra invitations purchased after May 13 as numbers will have been submitted to the caterers by that time.

Methods of Payment
1. Credit Card online: www.briernet.com/payments. Select “Other” from the payment drop-down menu then please add “BCA Grad Banquet” to the box next to it. In the Details/Comments provide the name of the student for whom the payment is made. This will ensure the payment is credited to the correct student.

2. Interact with e-Transfer: through Online Banking. Payment can be emailed to payment@briercrest.ca; please include the student’s name and "BCA Grad Banquet" in the comments.
