Age Requirements - All Participant's twelve and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Horseback participants must be 13 years of age or older.

Application Due Date - Visiting Queen entries are due by July 1, 2024. No exceptions will be made to allow late entries.

Application Process - Upon receipt of your completed application, you you will be notified by email or phone of your acceptance or denial of entry into the parade.

Attire - Due to the Western theme of Frontier Days, it is a requirement that ALL queens be dressed in Western attire and will be enforced. Western jeans, split riding skirts, western skirts are all acceptable. Tank tops, sleeveless blouses and short skirts are not appropriate Western attire.

Each parade begins at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Participants should check in with the VIP Assistant for Visiting Queen no later than 8:00 a.m. south of the State Capitol Building at 24th Street and Capitol Avenue.

Parade Placement - Visiting royalty will ride in the VIP section of our parades and have the option of bringing their own horse(s) to ride. If you are unable to provide your own horse(s), a carriage, wagon, or car may be available. We do have limited vehicles, and cannot guarantee placement. You and your attendants will ride with other individuals. Because we have so many visiting queens we ask for your cooperation riding in the assigned wagon/car. No outside cars, trucks, floats, or trailers are allowed. Horseback participants must be 13 years of age or older.

Rodeo - Tickets are available for purchase at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Ticket Office by calling (307)778-7222 or at cfdrodeo.com.

Waivers - Every person who participates in the parades will be required to sign a release of liability waiver.

Parade Parking- If you are providing your own horse for the parade, parking is available on Capitol Avenue, north of 26th Street on up to Pershing Avenue.

After Parade Parking - 1602 Southwest Drive
