This form will be routinely updated with the initials of donors and/or amounts contributed. Once $200.00 is reached (i.e. the minimum donation amount under the PACSAR Programme) the proceeds will be transferred in full to the Garden City Fund and the PACSAR certificate of recognition will be uploaded onto this form.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. A Standard box of edible flowers is $15.00 for 35 - 40 flowers (kindly refer to the types of standard boxes offered below). Customisation of boxes is currently unavailable.

2. The flowers will remain fresh in the fridge for 7 days, they may be displayed on cakes / plates for 3 hours. Wash gently before use.

3. A FULL, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for each order. Your order will not be registered unless payment is made via a transfer to the QR code (below) and collection is to be done strictly within the timing(s) stated in the form.

4. Generally, the collection of flowers will be scheduled for 9am on Saturdays at Luxus Hill Park (at the stone signboard), the next available collection date is tentatively 9am, 28 August July 2021 (Saturday).

Organic Edible Flower Standard Options:

$15, Seasonal Harvest - a wide range of colours in various forms (35 - 40 flowers / box)

$15, Morning Light - shades of white, yellow and orange flowers (35 - 40 flowers / box)

$15, Red Devil - flame coloured flowers including bright red, marigold orange and flame purple (35 - 40 flowers / box)

$15, Dusty Pastel - soft tones of baby pink, light purple and cream (35 - 40 flowers / box)
