This form is for charities, voluntary groups and social enterprises in Clackmannanshire.

It is designed to match community need with companies who want to make a difference.

You will be asked to share at least one 'wish' for your organisation. Try to ensure that your wish is clear and distinct, for example, you might be looking for something practical, like your car park to be repaved, for new planters, or some roof maintenance. You might benefit from some advice or training, or perhaps you'd like volunteers for a special event or to do some mentoring. You can see the current wishlist on our website for more inspiration.

We collect this data to share it with organisations (including private companies and the local authority) who want to create community benefits in our area. By sharing your information below, you agree that we can collate it and pass it on to these third parties, and that you are happy for them to get in touch with you.

You can submit as many wishes as you need to, but should send a new form for each 'wish' and will receive a copy of your response by email.
