We read this quote time and again “It is not the strongest that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one most adaptable to change" (Leon C. Megginson). Whether we are a fan of this theory or not, there is an element of truth to the statement
I believe we are also aware of the old wineskin and new wine principle from the Bible, it conveys a similar message. We need a new way of doing things (new wineskin) in times of disruption like COVID (new wine).
The fastest we adapt, the more we will thrive. We have seen or read stories of success from those who are able to adapt early on. While still others despite the noise and protests, are still struggling.
OBJECTIVES:
