Welcome! This project proposal form is a preliminary visioning document to gauge where you are in the community design process. Please don’t be afraid to apply because you are still working on aspects of this project, or if you feel like you cannot answer all the questions on this form. We only hope that your proposal gives us the information we need to best support your community project.

Deadlines
Program Registration & Project Proposal: Due by 11:59 pm, WEDS, JAN 15, 2020.
+ We do not accept late proposals unless there is a specific reason for delay and we cannot guarantee
    complete integration with the various components of our program.

 Registration Fee: Due by the 4th Placemaking Program meeting, FRI, MARCH 13, 2020.
Value, Payment, and Scholarships
We are offering this program with a self-selected spectrum of cost. The full value for this program is at least $650. If you can pay that, please do. We also have options for individuals and communities that need to pay less. Please reach out to us to discuss finding a price and/or payment plan that works for you.
