FLPS Parent Academy On-Site Childcare Reservation (via Wyckoff YMCA)
To encourage attendance among full sets of parents/ guardians at our Parent Academy, on-site childcare will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on location via Wyckoff YMCA caregivers. Childcare will be available for fully potty-trained children ages 3 years old and up.  This service is being provided by the District free-of-charge.  The maximum capacity for children is 18 (1 adult: 6 children).

If interested, please complete the form below ASAP or by 3/16/2020.  Parents/ Guardians will be contacted separately via email prior to the event to confirm childcare reservations/ details.

*Please Note: In accordance with Board Policy 5141.2 Illness, children who exhibit symptoms of communicable disease (i.e., fever, sore throat, excessive coughing, diarrhea, vomiting, conjunctivitis, etc.) should NOT be brought to on-site childcare.
