Lit Ventures: Odyssey Strategic Round
Odyssey is currently raising a strategic round led by Andrew Zalasin of VU Venture Partners, as well as investors who can help with marketing and distribution (which is where the Litquidity team comes in). The SAFE note will be at a $20M post-money valuation cap / 15% discount. The team aims to raise a full seed round later this year.
