- If you are unable to register due to the workshop being full, and wish to be placed on the waitlist, please check the box on the attendance google forms.

- Payment for registration will be completed online using the BRAA square shop link.

- No checks will be accepted.

- Full Payment will be made at time of application.

- Notification for cancellation must be sent by purchaser to vp@blacksburgart.org

- A cancellation will be honored only if the vacancy can be filled through the waitlist

- A refund of the purchase price, minus USD$50 processing fee will be made for cancellations that have been honored.

- All refunds will be made through Square to the method of payment.

- Registrants placed on the waitlist will be contacted by the BRAA workshop committee, notifying them of the opportunity to take advantage of opening
