  • This form has two sections - the first is used for the WCDP Candidate Endorsement process, and the second for distribution to directly inform voters. Both parts need to be filled out.

  • We need your information before July 15, so your responses can be published on the WCDP website on July 30 to inform voters before the August 6 primary.
