Encore & Revive Dance Company Audition Form
-Encore Dance Company: Encore Dance Company is the current "2023 America Loves To Dance Awards National Champion"! EDC is a pre-professional company whose main focus is training dancers with a strong emphasis on technique. EDC competes at the competitive level with the best of the best in the Chicagoland area. Ages 6-18 3-4 competitions and 2-3 conventions. Nationals every other year! Dancers MUST attend Encore’s Summer Co. Classes (6 days in June and 3 days in July), 1 EDP Tumbling Camp, and Summer Intensive July 21st-July23rd (Sun.-Tues.)  and Choreography Week the following 2 weeks.
-Revive: This recreational company is an exciting part of Encore and is designed for dancers ages 4-11 who are not ready to make the time commitment to EDC. 2 competitions and Solo/Duo/Trio Opportunities *Can also be in Hip Hop Crew* Dancers MUST attend Encore’s Summer Intensive July 21st-July23rd (Sun.-Tues.)
-EDC MINI COMPANY: is your dancer 7 and under and loves to dance? EDC Mini Co is for you! 2-3 dances, Solo/Duo/Trio opportunities, 1-2 conventions and 3-4 competitions *Can also be in Hip Hop Crew* Dancers MUST attend Encore’s Summer Co. Classes (6 days in June and 3 days in July), 1 EDP Tumbling Camp, and Summer Intensive July 21st-July23rd (Sun.-Tues.)  and Choreography Week the following 2 weeks.
-EDC High School TRAK:: for dancers that are on a High School dance team and want to keep training! 1 convention and 2-3 competitions, 2 group dances, Solo/Duo/Trio opportunities. Dancers MUST attend Encore’s Summer Intensive July 21st-July23rd (Sun.-Tues.)
-Hip Hop Crew: does your dancer LOVE hip hop? 2-3 competitions, 1 group dance and ALL hip hop! Ages 4-9 Dancers MUST attend Encore’s Summer Hip Hop Camp 3 days in June and 3 days in July.

If chosen for EDC/Mini Co. there is a non refundable $175 deposit fee due 5/13/2023 that goes toward the mandatory summer classes/intensive.

If chosen for High School TRAK, there is a non refundable $115 deposit fee due 5/13/2023 that goes toward the mandatory summer intensive.

If chosen for RDC, there is a non refundable $100 deposit fee due 5/13/2023 that goes toward the mandatory summer intensive.

If chosen for EDC's Hip Hop Crew, there is a non refundable $75 deposit fee due 5/13/2023 that goes toward the mandatory summer camp.
