Hi folks,

If you're attending any of the events listed below and want to make absolutely sure you get the book/s you want, then please fill in this form. I will have some books with me on the day, but to make sure you're not disappointed, pre-ordering is best. You can pay via PayPal, card or bank transfer beforehand, or pay on the day in cash or on a credit/debit card.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a cut off point for pre-orders as the signings draw closer, because I need to make sure there's enough time to get the books ordered in.

If you're purchasing two or more books, there will be a discount. For the books priced at £6 each, you can buy two for £10, three for £14 and four for £18. For the books priced at £8 each, you can buy two for £14, three for £20 and four for £25.
