Festival Info Package for Vendors Cancelled  until 2023
Join us for  First Annual Gourmet Food & Artisans Festival in the beautiful city of Penticton, BC on  September 30th, October 1st
& October 2nd,  2022.
Artisans Showcase  will be featuring some of the  finest local food  products & Artisans Creations.. We are looking for vendors who will be offering an incredible assortment of quality Canadian handmade goods to choose from including the best in gourmet  food, spirits, tableware, pottery, textiles, glassware, one of a kind items and so much more.
A perfect place for Exhibitor opportunities to sell and sample products to thousands of foodies looking for new products and ingredients.

EVENT INFO:
Friday:      September 30th    Time: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday: October 1st            Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday:    October 2nd          Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Setup time: Friday September 30th from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Doors open at 4:00pm

VENDOR INFO:
Only 75 spots will be available for this event.
Applications will be accepted till July 15th, with acceptance letter along with Invoice following within 5 days of email.

All Booths will have at least on open corner. We will be offering just 2 sizes for the event.
Booth sizes are either 10 x 10 or 10 x 7.  Booths do not included power, tables or chairs. We will allow booth sharing, but only for the 10 x 10 sizes. Both Vendors name must be listed on the application and approved by Artisans Showcase.

Cancellation Policy:
Booths cancelled before August 15 will be refunded 50% of their fees.
After August 15th to September 1st,  35% be will be refunded
After September 1st no refunds will be given unless it was due to reasons beyond your control.
If at anytime the Event is cancelled beyond our control, a full refund less $25.00 to pay for admin fees.

FOOD VENDORS:
Please ensure you are complying with the guidelines required by Interior Health.
Have all proper paperwork on hand at the Event in case you are requested to show IHA.
Have all certificates and Liability Insurance up to date.
Liquor Vendors are required as well to have "Serving It Right"
All food and beverage items being served for on-site consumption are limited to SAMPLE SIZES,
unless they are in a pre-package Take -Home containers.
A handwashing station is required for any vendor conducting on-site food preparation, including but not limited to:
cooking, reheating, portioning, serving, and any other food preparation steps. Have all proper items on hand such as gloves, Garbage bin for disposal of sample cups.

VENDOR RULES:
No Pop Up tents are allowed
Be respectful of your neighbors and be helpful when you can.
Create a welcoming, professional and attractive environment in your booth
Make it clear to see what your serving/pricing and use simple key messaging
Please use only professional décor and ensure you brand(s) are clearly visible.
It is recommended that the exhibitor remove all articles of value from their booth each night.
Show Management will take reasonable security measures; however, removal of valuable items will minimize the
possibility of loss.
Each booth and all it content is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor or sponsor.

Other Info for Vendors
Updates will be sent by email to keep everyone informed on the Event. When possible, a small write up on your Business with a photo or business card will be helpful to promote you through our advertising committee. Please send it to artisansshowcase20@gmail.com.
