Group Pole Class Reservation Form
Fill this form out when you are ready to reserve a private pole dance class for a group. If completed within normal business hours, you should receive a response within one hour.

If your request is approved you will have one hour to reserve the group class with a retainer/package cost or the reservation request will be released back to the public for booking.

Please keep watch over your email as our reservations team will send an email to let you know if the request is available or if there are alternate times available.

Add additional Dance Technique to your private lesson for only $25 | The additional techniques will be woven into the Pole Dancing lesson. By the end of the class you and your group will have created a full dance routine using more than one method of sexy!
Will you be adding our "Liquid Courage" package? *
The Liquid Courage package permits you and your guests to bring in BYOB (only permitted for private sessions where all guests are 21 and up). In addition, PBWF will supply bottled water, wine cups, napkins, choice of light or dark soda, choice of light or dark juice. ** All form of alcohol is considered as BYOB (wine, champagne, jello shots, etc)
