  • 12 one-on-one sessions 
  • 6 weekly wellness sessions: Live on Zoom where we'll explore various aspects of wellness and learn practical tips and habits to enhance your overall well-being
  • 6 Live Group Workouts: Each week will feature a new exercise, movement, muscle group and functional pattern to enhance your overall fitness, flexibility, and strength
  • Wellness guides and movement journals
  • Guided grocery and shopping lists
  • Group support and check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable
