Which position(s) are you interested in?

Sr. Lead Instructor for HS ($1050/per week; 9am-6pm lunch included). Experience required: You have multiple years of coaching and teaching experience. You are able to design and teach curriculum for your section of camp. You will delegate and manage work with lab leaders and lab assistants. You are very comfortable managing a classroom and a wide-range of student needs and behaviors. You have extensive experience in research, speech & debate activities/games, lectures, and practices.

Lab Leader ($550/per week; 10am-6pm lunch included). Experience required: You are out of high school and have one year or more of coaching experience (preference for 2+ years). You are comfortable engaging and leading small student groups in research, speech & debate activities, and directing, engaging, and supporting students.

Lab Assistant ($300/per week; 2pm-6pm snacks included). You have just graduated from high school and you are interested in coaching high school. You have 2+ years of competition experience. You enjoy working with students and are excited to help create a positive camp culture.

Middle school assistant ($300/per week; 11am-3pm lunch included). You are going to be a senior in high school or you have just graduated from high school. You are enthusiastic about working with middle school students and you have experience working with younger students. You have at least 2 years of experience in the activity.

Aftercare Coordinator ($16/hr for all aftercare sessions; approximately 50 hours; 3pm-6pm). You are out of high school, highly responsible and enthusiastic. You are excited to entertain middle school students through games, art activities, and recreation.

Our summer speech and debate camps serve students from a variety of backgrounds and abilities. Our focus is on ensuring that camp is safe, educational, and fun for all students. Please describe your experience working with diverse student populations. Please describe any experience you have working with students who might need accommodations to participate in this activity. (i.e. neurodiversity, etc.)
