The David Carleton Catalyst for Change Award 2022 Nominations
We recognize that it takes a village to drive successful culinary job training programs; from delivering life skills to demonstrating knife cuts in the kitchen, there are many hands involved in supporting students. The Catalyst for Change Award was created in 2015 to recognize exemplary individuals within our network for their dedication and embodiment of their organization’s mission.

This award recognizes an individual from the CK network whose outstanding service and dedication to empowering lives through job training has made significant impact on individuals, their community, and the field of food service social enterprise.

Catalyst Kitchens' founder, David Carleton, passed away in 2022, and we have renamed this award to honor his legacy of impact and his desire to uplift and amplify the work of amazing programs all across the world.  Through the David Carleton Founder's fund, we plan to offer a small grant award for the winner's organization.

Nominations will be accepted through the end of November, 2022. Nominate your coworker or fellow CK member! This award is designed for frontline staff such as chefs, trainers, cooks, case managers, job specialists, etc.  We ask you please refrain from nominating those in upper leadership roles.
