This form is for requesting space on the erics at May Crown 2024.

Please, please read each question carefully.

Kingdom Pavilion/Heralds/Lists are pre-assigned and need not fill out this form.

Kingdom officers pavilions have priority on the erics.

Visiting Kingdoms, Principalities, Baronies and other branches have priority in precedence order.

Households (ie: Ducal, Peers, etc) will be assigned in An Tir Order of Precedence order as space allows AFTER all of the officers and branches.

This form does NOT guarantee you will have erics space - you will receive a separate email confirming your space once all priorities are assigned. This may be within a week or two of event time so watch your emails.

Only Period Pavilions will be allowed on the erics.

Please note: this form is NOT for reserving camp space. This form is NOT for branches/large groups/households land grabs for camping. If reserving land off the erics for a branch or household encampment please use the "Land Grab" form.

This form is ONLY for authorized frontage space on the Kingdom Erics.
