Regulations:
1. All display arrangements are subject to approval by the Community Free Library.
2. The Community Free Library is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of materials placed on display.
3. Patrons/organizations are only allowed to use either the display case or window display, but not both, during the same month.
4. Patrons/organizations may only use a display space for one month at a time. Displays may not be kept up for consecutive months.
5. Patrons/organizations are required to set up their display within two days of the scheduled start date during regular library hours.
6. Patrons/organizations are required to remove materials during regular library hours on or before the last date for which the display space is reserved.
7. Patrons/organizations will be notified via email or phone when/if their request has been approved.
