Communicating is an on-going, never-ending process…it’s not a “one-and-done” event. The MDR is a very brief “update” on how things went over the past month, including each Sunday.  It should also report  “State of the Ministry” information highlighting the overall health and direction of your ministry.  Communicate the status of your ministry so we know what to pray for, celebrate your success, support your events and encourage your efforts.

Submission Deadline:  The 10th of each month by 5:00 PM

Submission Routing: This form goes to Minister Sheila. She will compile the information and forward to the Senior Pastor and Elders. Minister Sheila will also take time to respond to each report/MD as needed.
