MC3 - Short-term missions support form
Persons wishing to request funding from the STMC (Short term mission committee) must submit a request for support at least three months before the departure date of the trip. This submission may be by either electronic or hard copy. Applications for funding will be reviewed at the next regularly scheduled Ministry Meeting.

• All funding shall consider anticipated yearly requests for assistance and projected funds available for the year. Normal funding shall not exceed 20 percent of the costs of the trip, but can be less based on availability of funding. • Extraordinary funding at the desecration of the Short-Term Missions Committee the normal funding limit may be exceeded.
