This form is to request/reserve a spot for your youth group at AYM Summer Camp!
Please know that we are using the term "reservation" loosely, as this form may not 100% guarantee your place for the camp week you have requested. Please Choose a 1st option, and a 2nd option. This form is an attempt to better ensure that our camps are balanced in numbers, and also to give churches an opportunity to have a 2nd week option in place in case their 1st choice desired week is already full and closed.
