In fact, we believe that duration of learning is a reflection of a company’s commitment for deep action to challenge inequities as well as what’s required to engage in the complexities of challenging inequities so that action is impactful after the training. All of our programmes are structured in cohorts. Our shorter workshops have a maximum of 30 people whereas our longer programmes range from 12-20 and 12-16 people.
