Beginning in 2015 the New Home Communities Bus Tour began making two tours (Spring and Fall) around the new home communities in Forsyth and surrounding counties. We offer this to members to learn more about various builders and developments doing business in our area.

Sponsor enrollment through this form does not guarantee reservation.  Sponsorships are limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A staff member will contact you within one business week or less to confirm the details of your sponsorship.

Tour Bus Sponsor - $650 (Available: 1)
Verbal Recognition on bus by the Bus Captain.
Two (2) seats on bus with REALTORS®.
Ability to speak on bus to all attendees.
Ability to hand out branded materials on bus to attendees.
Ability to provide DVD presentation on the bus.
Opportunity to submit trivia questions

Ability to present your community for 30 minutes with agents, onsite.

Ability to have a presentation.
Ability to have table set up with marketing materials.
