Reservations for your accommodations and plans for food must be made separately. Cacapon Lodge's restaurant is where I plan to eat, and others are welcome. Cabins have full fridges and frequently a stove/microwave. Lodge rooms include a microwave and mini-fridge.

Cancellation/Refunds
The full $150 is refundable up until September 10, 2023. After that point, this payment is nonrefundable. A portion of deposits collected from those who don't attend will go towards funding scholarship seats for future online Poet Camp Cozy Writes and Jump Starts, for those who can't otherwise afford to attend.

*This applies to your fee to attend Poet Camp. If you need to cancel for the weekend's accommodations, Cacapon has their own policy.
