Account Withdrawal Form
As stated on our website, we require all students who wish to no longer continue classes at The Dance Network to complete this form. This form must be completed by the 25th of the current month for the withdrawal to take place for the following month. Please note that we do not accept withdrawals via phone calls, emails, texts, or verbal notices.

Please take time to give our studio feedback as this survey also helps us improve and better serve our students and families.

Once we receive your response, we will finalize your withdrawal and cancel any future auto payments.

Withdrawing From The Dance Network
Class withdrawals do not take effect in the current month. The withdrawal survey must be completed before the 25th of the current month for the withdrawal to take effect for the following month. Your class will NOT be dropped or changed by verbally informing your instructor, the front office staff, or the director. Your class will also NOT be dropped or changed by calling, text messaging, emailing, or direct messaging the studio or any instructor. You MUST complete the withdrawal form for your change to take effect. NO REFUNDS will be given for classes not attended. REMEMBER, if you need to withdraw from classes but do not complete a withdrawal form, your tuition will continue to be charged and you will be responsible for tuition until the time we receive your completed withdrawal form. The Dance Network reserves the right to terminate lessons to any students. In such a case a refund for unused classes will be given.
*No Refunds will be given for costume fees after they have been ordered.
