Northwoods Pride Volunteer Sign-up
Thank you for volunteering for Northwoods Pride!  There are two types of Volunteers:
1. Pride Committee Members: participate bi-weekly meeting to plan and actively prepare the event. (1-2 hours/week); Join as VP or member of sub-team.

Leadership and Sub-teams:

  1. President: Coordination with VPs, project management, community relationship & team building, etc.

  2. Vice President of Communication: Secretary, setup meeting invites, reminders and summary, meeting notes, website, social media, marketing strategy and execution, etc.

  3. Vice President of Treasurer: budget plan & control, scholarship, donations, and reimbursement. (must be a Nicolet staff)

  4. Vice President of Education: event planning and execution for educational programs focusing on gender & sexuality diversity, mental health, etc.

  5. Vice President of Celebration: event planning and execution for drag show, food trucks, beverage, wristbands, music, social etc.

  6. Vice President of Fundaraising: sponsorship benefits, recruit sponsorships, raffle, merchandise sales. Etc.

  7. Vice President of Facility & Volunteers: facility setup, decoration, security, volunteers management, appreciation party, etc.    

2. Event Volunteers: volunteer 2 hours on June 15, the volunteer duty varies from the welcome table, stage support, family activity, photography, videos, and cleanup. The minimum serving window is 2 hours and can range from throughout the day. You will receive emails from our planning committee during the week of the Pride Festival.
