Monthly Meeting Invitation Request
To request an invitation to SSJC's monthly all-member meetings, please complete the following form. All meetings are conducted on Zoom on the 2nd Thursday of each month, beginning at 7pm.

Please keep in mind that you will be asked to agree to our Meeting Agreements (below) prior to attendance at any SSJC meeting.  Please note that these guidelines are necessary to support our meetings. If you demonstrate on multiple occasions that you are unable to respect them, you will not be able to participate in our meetings.  Questions marked with a red asterisk are required.
