Memorial Park Concert - Request for Video -  Initial Interest Worksheet

The Memorial Park Concert is currently seeking music videos from LOCAL bands (based within approx 60 miles of Omaha's Memorial Park) to feature on the stage screens during the event day and potentially in between live sets on the night of the concert (date will be announced publicly soon!).

By completing this form, you are expressing interest in participating in this 2024 Memorial Park Concert project by either submitting an existing one song video or by requesting a time slot for a two-song recording session at KPAO Omaha's Community Television.

Videos submitted for consideration should be of professional quality (It must be at least HD quality level. Not a compressed YouTube file.)

Submission of this form does not guarantee that your video will be used / shown or that you will be selected for a KPAO studio recording session. Dates for recording sessions are May 20th and 21st.

If selected for recording at KPAO, you will receive a final video file of your recording with rights to use it for your own promotion. Receiving a studio session does NOT guarantee that your video will be featured at the concert.

By completing this form, you acknowledge:
- If your video is selected for use or you are given a recording opportunity, that video MAY be shown at the Memorial Park Concert in 2024 and in future years. Further, I understand that neither I nor the band / band members will receive compensation now or in the future. 

- If you are submitting an existing video, there are minimum HD quality requirements that must be met.

- Band and individual members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Omaha, the Omaha Parks Foundation, KPAO, Vic Gutman & Associates and all event sponsors, vendors, partners and employees from any and all causes of action which may arise from the operation of this event and / or recording session. I grant permission for those named above to use any photos, videos files, etc in any and all publicity and advertising promoting the Memorial Park Concert in 2024 and future years.
