TD Summer Reading Club, Ages 7-10 @ the Lakefield Library
This is the registration form to sign up for the TD Summer Reading Club for ages 7-10 at the Lakefield Library.  This program  runs from 1:30-3pm for 7 weeks BUT you may register for as many weeks as your child is able to come (eg Just week 1, 3, and 7).  Children may be dropped off at the this program.  If you would like an younger sibling to attend with this child, please indicate this below and we will do our best to accommodate you.   Each program features stories, games, crafts and outdoor play.  If you have any questions about this program, please contact our summer student at summer@mypubliclibrary.ca OR by phone at 705-292-5065.
