To assume all risk and responsibilities for any injuries I may sustain and any damages I may cause to Iron Horse Skateway, its employees, or any other person in conjunction with activities on the premises including anything in connection with equipment rented from Iron Horse Skateway ;
(2) To release Iron Horse Skateway from all claims of liability for any injuries I may sustain or damages that may be caused by me or my property in connection with my activities at Iron Horse Skateway (including without limitation, injuries that may be caused from any equipment that I rent);
(3) I will not sue or bring legal action against Iron Horse Skateway, its affiliates or their respective administrators, employees, instructors and owner or lessors of the property;
(4) That the undersigned participant is in adequate physical condition to participate in the events at Iron Horse Skateway;
(5) I authorize Iron Horse Skateway to use photographs, videotape, or any other record of the events which may depict me, at their discretion, without compensation paid to me;
(6) I have read the rules and regulations of Iron Horse Skateway and agree to obey them. I fully understand that roller-skating is a dangerous sport and recreational activity. I acknowledge and fully understand that each skater and participant will be engaging in activities that involve the risk of serious injuries, including permanent disability and death or severe social and economic losses which might not only result from their action, inaction or negligence but the action, inaction, or negligence of others, the conditions of the premises or any equipment use and/or rental. Further, there may be other risks not known to us or not foreseeable at this time;
(7) I have a current health/hospitalization insurance policy in full force and effect to cover any injuries sustained while participating in activities at Iron Horse Skateway;
(8) I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this waiver and release;
(9) This waiver and release shall be valid for all prior and future visits to Iron Horse Skateway for up to one year.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE RISKS INVOLVED IN PARTICIPATING IN ROLLER SKATING ACTIVITIES GENERALLY AND THE RISKS PRESENTED BY PARTICIPATING IN PUBLIC GATHERINGS AND ACTIVITIES. I ACCEPT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADHERING TO THE APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND ACCEPT THEM AS A PARTICIPANT. I AGREE THAT I AM PARTICIPATING SOLELY AT MY OWN RISK.
