CTE Summer Camp 2021
Incoming FRESHMAN, WE WANT YOU!

Morton ISD will be holding our second annual Summer CTE Camp this July.  The dates of the camp are July 12-15, July 19-22 and July 26-30.  Camp times will be 9:00 to 1:00 Monday through Thursday except for our final day on Friday, July 30 which will be an early evening celebration that you can bring your parents to.  Lunch will be provided each day of the camp.  Field trips and excursions may cause the release time to be later than 1:00 on some days, but you will be informed of this in advance.

The purpose of the camp is to prepare our incoming freshman for their career paths in high school.  This is an opportunity to explore the various paths that Morton High School has to offer you as a student.

Our camp will feature our CTE teachers - Mrs. Smith with Child Development and Culinary Arts, Mrs. Canon with Health Sciences, Mr. McCain with shop and woodworking, and Mr. Hill with Digital Media and Communication.  We will be taking a number of field trips to tour professional facilities where our career paths are employed.  This will include restaurant facilities, health care facilities, and higher education campuses.

Please take a moment and fill out this form to let us know you will be attending our camp. There will be games, prizes, food and fun!  This is an opportunity you don't want to miss!  After you register, we will be in touch with you with additional information and details.
