If you use carpool, tags are updated yearly for safety (every year has a different color, so you do need new tags every year). However, in an effort to be more "green" and not print carpool tags that won't be needed/ used,
we will only provide carpool tags if requested. This form will be available all year, so if you decide you need carpool tags mid-year, you can come and complete this form.
If your students are walkers/bikers, you do not need to complete this form.
If you plan on picking up your student through carpool this year, please complete this form.
