These forms need to be completed by all band students enrolled in Color Guard, Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble and Percussion for participation in class and required activities, rehearsals, events, performances, etc.  In the following pages you will find basic information requests, online signatures for our course syllabus, parent and student code of conduct, anticipated fees, calendar and travel permission.
