Self-Reporting Travel

Students and Staff,

On guidance from local health officials, we are asking students and staff to self-report any out-of-state and/or international travel since the beginning of March. This information will be shared with officials at the Davidson County Health Department in order to assist in future tracking of any potential outbreaks and to assist in determining quarantine requirements.

Any staff member who has concerns about possible exposure and self-quarantine should contact human resources to discuss options for leave.
